GSC Ubers Potential Suspects Discussion Thread

Alright here we go.
I tried out a bunch of stuff earlier, and I personally think that if anything has to go first it has to be the Mews. Lugia also seems to be very strong but I feel like it's lower on a suspect priority bracket than the Mews. I'd like to hear what you guys think about this.

Depends, I guess if anything has to go it´s either Mew/Mewtwo/Lugia (Celebi and Ho-Oh seems to be a nice Duo for a Tier), just Mew or Mew plus Mewtwo.
Lugia is somewhat in between, but I don´t think that, without Mew and Mewtwo, Lugia should stay.
Mew and Mewtwo keep it in Check while being better.

Nothing in my experience of the tier has indicated a need for a suspect... yet.

edit: Lugia's not broken imo, though I can see how theorymon might suggest otherwise, as it can be tough to KO, so it seems threatening in a last mon scenario. What this overlooks is that it's capable of basically nothing except spamming WW most of the time, as it either has to watch its Aeroblast PP, or it's running HP Flying in which case lol good luck damaging anything. It could run a second attack, but then it gives up WW which is basically its main niche (assuming Curse/Rec/STAB are set in stone). Basically, anything resistant to Flying attacks can check it, Electric obviously and status is a big problem for it

nothing is broken in this tier. mewtwo is the first thing to look at though imo if you want/need to suspect something because the coverage, strength and even to some degree bulk is ridiculous (100/90/90 defenses with monopsychic typing is solid). mew is second, skarmory is the only thing that denies this at least one KO consistently. snorlax is third. lugia is fine, doesnt need suspecting at all. curse recover ww and then either flying stab with 8 pp or 70 base power = not a threat.

Probably best we play more (especially those of us who are new to gsc ubers) before we actually carry out any suspects btw; I think we can learn from when we did a suspect off the bat in adv 1b that people really want to take their time before things get called into question.
