    Aero is bad. Enigami likes using very niche Pokemon, and while it occasionally works for Enigami, that doesn't mean it's a good idea.

    I'd suggest Chansey with IB/Tbolt/Reflect/Softboiled for the sixth. If you do that, give Alakazam SToss. If you use Jynx instead, Zam should have Reflect.

    Yes, Double Team/Amnesia is fine. If Double Team is banned, then give Reflect to Snorlax instead of Chansey and use Jynx lead and ReflectZam.
