ADV Ubers First Suspect

It's been a couple of months since we opened the ADV 1B new frontiers, and so players have had the opportunity to explore the meta a little more thoroughly and begin making decisions on how they feel about Pokemon in the metagame. We're now going to begin our first suspect. There are two obvious candidates for a first suspect, which many Pokemon think at least merit being suspected, in Kyogre and Soul Dew. In the open poll attached to this thread, anyone is free to vote upon which they believe ought to be suspected first. Then we will conduct a suspect of the Pokemon. The poll will be open for 1 week.

I legit don't understand why Soul Dew is seen as being more broken than Ogre. Bliss and Regice are pretty solid checks, Steels are effective against Mono sets and status against dual attacking sets. I feel like you have a lot more tools to play around the Latis than you do Ogre- its CM 3 attacks set literally cannot be walled by anything except Latias (barely) and niche mons like Ludicolo I guess. I'm not disputing that Soul Dew will probably end up banned, but imo Ogre's the bigger priority

 

well there's also shedinja which is a good answer to both kyogre and latis but it obviously has its own problems
