A week has passed, and now this vote is closing. These Pokemon are being moved on the Viability Rankings:

A direct consequence of this is that Rhydon is no longer legal in RBY 2U or RBY 2P. We will host a vote on whether Dragonite, Cloyster, and Victreebel belong in RBY 1U.
