I think the problem was that you only replied to Chrysalis on Sunday, although he wrote to you on Wednesday... I am aware of the complicated situation, but unfortunately I have to make decisions that inevitably make some of you unhappy. You know how much esteem I have of you, but if I coinflip this one, I would be unfair because the deadline was November 4th and you only replied to Chrysalis Sunday 3rd. I am really sorry friend, but i do not know how to help you, we can't stop the tournament and Chrysalis certainly has no faults...
The only suggestion I can give you as a friend and as a hoster is to try to plan better the times of the games, especially if it involves playing with a person who lives on the other side of the world compared to you.
I hope this situation can be a lesson for all of you: ORGANIZE THE GAMES IN TIME, DO NOT WAIT THE LAST MINUTE TO CONTACT YOUR OPPONENT.

I VM'd you immediately. You took 4.5 days to respond the night before the deadline, when I was already asleep. Even then, you could've stated some possible times for Monday. I was literally available all day and you could have looked at your wall when you woke up that day. You stated you would be available in the mornings, which would correspond to my afternoon (4pm my time, as you said). But no, another "can we play tomorrow" late at night.
I have no idea why we even got an extension, but I told you and the host that I wouldn't be able to allocate a timeslot. When I did find an unlikely spontaneous opening that would have allowed me to get some games done, I immediately told you.
Where did I "actbait"? That's a pretty serious accusation. Maybe just propose a single timeslot next time, or post your Discord in your header if you don't want to read VMs. My god.
